Blue Spirulina Matcha Latte

Ingredients

For the spirulina milk:

  • 1 cup your choice of milk

  • 1/2 tsp blue spirulina


For the matcha:

  • 1 tsp of matcha (sifted)

  • 1/4 cup of hot water (not boiling)

  • 1/2 tsp sweetener


Preparation

  1. In a mug or glass, add milk and spirulina powder. Whisk/froth/blend until mixed + frothy.

  2. In a separate mug or glass, add sifted matcha, hot water and sweetener. Whisk/froth/blend until mix + frothy.

  3. Serve hot or iced.
