Coconut Matcha Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tsp matcha

  • 3 tbsp agave or maple syrup

  • 1 1/4 cup Oat or Almond flour

  • pinch of sea salt

  • dash of vanilla essence

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

  • 1 cup coconut flakes

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients into a bowl, mix to combine (we used our hands).

  2. Scoop out small pieces and roll into balls.

  3. Refrigerate to set.
